Ummm... totally agreed. There were a whole lot of So Cal boys like me who had a major crush on Emmylou. I can't begin to remember how many times I saw her. First time - at the LA Shrine opening for Joe Walsh (post James gang). Instant crush.

We should have a survey of really weird concert pairings. That was a major one for me. All through her set, all ya heard was "Joooeee. We want Joooeee".

I'll call ya and raise you one! Saw Emmylou solo at the Fillmore 1995 while standing in the second row center she kept doing this thing with her right leg lifting it inside and then out coinciding with the vocal delivery while pantiless in skirt.

The music was compelling enough, perhaps it was the presence of one Rodney Crowell that elicited this behavior? Either way we.i was smitten.

A good evening, indeed!
